The human body was made to move, and sedentary desk work takes its toll. Undoing Work is a site dedicated to coping with the unnatural demands of an office job and staying in peak physical condition to live a full, healthy life.

Please note: I’m not a medical professional. Hell, even my personal trainer cert has been expired for nearly a decade. But I am a well-intentioned fitness nut who’s done a pretty decent job holding onto a 6-pack while working 60-hour weeks in addition to building this website.
